Lori Brown-De Alba, MA, LMFT
Practice Owner
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Lori is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and groups using a person-centered, relational, systemic approach while creating a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered by leading with curiosity and exploring strengths and new understanding. Lori's primary interventions focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, structural therapy, and mindfulness practices. She also has advanced training in treatment for first responders and those with PTSD. Her experience includes working with clients who experience challenges with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, parenting, and traumatic experiences. She also provides ADHD and ASD screening assessments for adolescents and adults and is a clinical supervisor for pre-licensed therapists working towards LMFT or LPCC licensure. Outside of the therapy office, Lori enjoys binge-watching favorite TV shows, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with family and friends.

Nicky Arduino, MA, LMFT
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Nicky is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples facing a range of challenges, including trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and emotion regulation. She is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in each person's unique story. She draws from narrative therapy, attachment theory, and somatic approaches like polyvagal theory. Nicky also uses the Prepare/Enrich framework to help couples enter, maintain, or refresh their marriage with a strong foundation for building a loving, lasting future. Outside of the therapy office, Nicky enjoys crocheting, reading, and socializing.

Maggie Foltz, MA, LMFT
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Maggie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy to kids ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups in a variety of areas including life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. She especially enjoys working with individuals that are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and has experience working with individuals that identify as trans or gender expansive. She is caring and compassionate and brings her genuineness, kindness, and empathy when working with clients to help them tap into their own resilience and strengths. Maggie uses a collaborative, relational, and client-centered approach primarily drawing from models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Maggie also has training in using the Gottman method when working with couples. Outside of the therapy office, Maggie is a self-proclaimed nerd and enjoys watching TV, reading, watching or playing D&D, crocheting/knitting, playing Sims, or scrolling on TikTok.

Kaylee Olson, MSW, LICSW
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Kaylee is a licensed therapist with nearly six years of experience in the mental health field and three years providing direct therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults. She specializes in working with anxiety, life transitions and adjustments, and the day-to-day patterns that can leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Her style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in CBT and motivational interviewing. She focuses on helping clients build insight while also giving them real tools they can use in their everyday lives. She especially enjoys working with teens (12+) and adults who are motivated to grow and better understand themselves. She also likes to incorporate creative elements into sessions when it feels helpful, offering alternative ways to process and express thoughts and emotions. Kaylee is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. Her goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you move forward. Outside of the therapy office, Kaylee finds joy in making jewelry, spending time with her pets, and planting new things to grow.

Megan Lorentz, LPCC, LADC
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Megan is Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and families who aims to increase self-awareness, challenge mistaken beliefs, and encourage action-oriented lifestyle changes. Megan's approach blends Adlerian Therapy along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat conditions and challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, substance abuse, and stress/burnout. She has over 10 years of experience providing services in a correctional-based setting, as well as outpatient and residential programs. In these programs, she has been able to provide integrated treatment, where both the substance use disorder and the mental health condition are being treated. Beyond providing therapy services, Megan enjoys providing mental health and comprehensive substance use assessments (formerly Rule 25) that offer level of care recommendations accepted by the court system, treatment providers, and attorneys. This can be a crucial first point of contact which helps in diagnosing conditions and determining the appropriate level of care. She enjoys helping individuals get immediate support by pinpointing their specific emotional, psychological, and social needs.
Outside of the therapy office, Megan enjoys walking her dogs, spending time on the deck, cooking, catching up on her latest series on Paramount+, and dinners with her family.
